Half a hundred believers from Chally and the suburbs went on a pilgrimage.

      Believers from Naberezhnye Chelny and the suburbs have embarked on the Hajj. A group of 50 people, led by Imam-Mukhtasib of the Tukayev district, Insaf Hazrat Saubanov, set out for the great pilgrimage this past weekend. Among the participants are also residents from other cities and districts of the republic. The group was joined by parents of participants of the Special Military Operation – 15 people from Chelny and the Tukayev district, Insaf Hazrat reported to Chelny-biz.ru. They are going on the Hajj under the quota of the head of Tatarstan, which has been in effect since the beginning of the special operation for the relatives and the participants of military actions themselves. As previously reported, this year, 1,800 people from Tatarstan will go on the Hajj to Mecca. The quota for pilgrims has been maintained at the level of 2025. The first group of Tatars was sent from Kazan on May 16. Each group is accompanied by experienced hazrats. They know the Arabic language and the laws of Saudi Arabia. In addition, the pilgrims will be accompanied by 20 doctors of various specialties. The total number of pilgrims from Russia has also remained at last year's level – 25,000 people. The quota is distributed among the spiritual administrations of Muslims, which, in turn, delegate the authority to organize the pilgrimage to accredited Hajj operators. In Tatarstan, the official Hajj operator is "DUM RT Hajj."
