      The authorities of the republic announced a tender for the implementation of an artificial intelligence-based service for civil servants and educators. The initial contract value is 152 million rubles. Applications are accepted until May 28, and the winner will be determined on June 2. The service must be launched by February 18, 2027.

      For officials, 17 AI agents will be developed to automate routine tasks: transcribing audio, drafting protocols, checking documents, processing citizen appeals, and preparing presentations. For teachers, 12 virtual assistants will be created for lesson analysis, test generation, lesson scenario development, and tracking student performance.

      The service will be hosted on Russian servers using open AI models. Data transfer to third parties is prohibited. The contractor will become the operator of personal data and is required to ensure its protection. User training will be provided through instructions, as well as technical support without limitations on the number of inquiries. All AI-generated results will be checked by a human before use.

      The project is the first phase of the AI Development Program in Tatarstan for 2026–2030. In the future, the technology is planned to be implemented in medicine, economics, and urban management as part of the national project "Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State."
