The European part of Russia is influenced by Atlantic cyclones bringing coolness and moisture, while on the other side, Asian anticyclones are bringing scorching air from Kazakhstan and Central Asia. The collision of these two elements will be the cause of various anomalies, the interlocutor indicated.
