      The forum was held as part of the party project "My Career with United Russia" and is aimed at helping high school students consciously approach the choice of their future profession. The fourth stage of the annual career guidance forum took place at the Headquarters of Public Support. Among its participants were students from specialized classes of Lyceum No. 116 named after Hero of the Soviet Union A.S. Umerkin and Gymnasium No. 179 - Center for Education. Deputy Head of the Headquarters Anastasia Isaeva emphasized that the healthcare system of the republic is in urgent need of motivated young professionals, and early career guidance allows students to determine their path in the medical field. As part of the forum, a panel discussion was held on the topic "Medical Education: Prospects and Opportunities." The moderator of the meeting was event manager of the Headquarters Georgy Zubko. The discussion included acting Vice-Rector of Kazan State Medical University Ilnur Yamalneev, Head of the Documentation Support and Control Department of KSMU Svetlana Titova, and Head of the Career Development and Professional Skills Department of the Employment Center of Kazan Gulnara Khairutdinova. The speakers talked about new approaches to training doctors, targeted training as a guaranteed way to employment, and what skills will be most in demand among medical professionals. Special attention was paid to the shortage of personnel in primary healthcare and measures of state support for young specialists in Tatarstan. After the panel discussion, students had the opportunity to communicate directly with representatives of specialized departments and institutes. Each invited expert spoke about the specifics of admission, educational programs, and subjects that await students. The audience included: Deputy Director for Educational and Social Work of the Institute of Fundamental Medicine and Biology of Kazan Federal University Ekaterina Chilimova, Head of the Department of Anatomy and Histology of the Institute "Academy of Veterinary Medicine named after N.E. Bauman" KSMU Aidar Girfanov, and Head of the Documentation Support and Control Department of KSMU Svetlana Titova. Students actively asked questions about passing scores, practice-oriented training, internships, and employment opportunities after graduation. The greatest interest was shown in simulation centers where students practice skills on mannequins, as well as the possibility of combining studies with work in the medical environment already in the senior years.

      The forum "Education - 2026" continues its work. The final stage will be dedicated to the engineering direction - one of the key areas determining the technological and personnel sovereignty of Russia.
