Here, the qualifications of personnel in the electric power industry are enhanced, and they are trained to work on lines without de-energizing them. The modern training ground and classrooms allow for practicing skills as closely as possible to real conditions.

      Next, the delegation, led by the head of the district Razif Karimov, headed to the Zainsk Polytechnic College. In the workshops, Rasim Baksikov was shown how students make stoves for the fighters of the Special Military Operation. The stoves produced by future welders have already been sent to the front multiple times.

      A separate block of the program is patriotic education. The guest was presented with artifacts found during excavations by the search team "Guard." Each exhibit is a restored page of the history of the Great Patriotic War.

      Honored guests participated in the ceremonial opening of a branded office for student teams at the Zainsk Polytechnic College. Now, the active youth of the district has a new point of attraction: a place for planning labor projects, meetings, and exchanging experiences.
