Considering the mitigating circumstances, the court sentenced the defendant to compulsory labor for a period of 6 months, with 5% of his salary withheld for state revenue. The convicted person will serve his sentence in a correctional center, where he will be under the supervision of the Federal Penitentiary Service staff, and deductions will be made from his salary. The sentence has not yet entered into legal force.
