This data was announced at a meeting in the Government House of the republic, chaired by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan, Alexey Pesoshin, reports the press service of the Republic of Tatarstan. Representatives from all municipal districts of the republic participated in the meeting via video conference. Participants discussed the pace of housing construction, the provision of housing for certain categories of citizens, and the improvement of public spaces. The current situation in the construction industry was reported by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of Tatarstan, Marat Aizatullin. He began his speech with issues of labor protection, emphasizing that compliance with relevant requirements remains a key objective of the inspections conducted. According to him, self-regulatory organizations have conducted 1,194 inspections in the field of labor protection in construction since the beginning of the year. In 631 cases, disciplinary measures were applied to violators. During the same period, representatives of the State Construction Supervision visited construction sites 609 times. As a result of the inspections, 257 administrative liability rulings were issued. Specialists from the Main Investment and Construction Management of Tatarstan have conducted 1,173 inspections since the beginning of the year, identifying 2,623 violations, of which 2,349 have been eliminated. As of May 30, 80 apartment buildings with a total area of over 725 thousand square meters have been commissioned in the commercial construction sector, which constitutes 69% of the planned volume. Under the social mortgage program, the annual plan has been fulfilled by 43%. The construction of 31 houses with a total area of over 65 thousand square meters has been completed. In the individual housing construction sector, 1 million 61 thousand square meters of housing have been commissioned, or 54% of the plan. The minister also reported on the implementation of programs for providing housing to certain categories of citizens. In the category of orphaned children, 641 recipients are planned for this year. To date, a state contract has been signed for the purchase of 49 residential premises with co-financing from the federal budget. In addition, the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of Tatarstan is conducting activities to announce an auction for the acquisition of another 72 residential premises as part of the second state contract. Housing for orphaned children is located in 45 under-construction apartment buildings. For large families raising five or more children, 23 recipients are planned. All 23 certificates for obtaining housing with a total area of 2,340 square meters have already been issued. The State Housing Fund of Tatarstan is selecting apartments. In the category of young families, there are 61 recipients. Of these, 31 families have already used the subsidy funds, while the others continue to select housing. Currently, two certificates have been issued, one of which has already been realized. In the field of education, the construction of seven schools continues in the republic. The total volume of completed work is 40%. The construction of three kindergartens has been completed by 46%. In the healthcare sector, the construction of the reception and diagnostic department of the hospital in Kazan continues. The readiness of the facility is 47%. In the sports sector, 14 facilities are being constructed this year. The construction of covered football arenas has been completed by 27%. The construction of universal sports grounds has been completed by 29%. During the reporting period, three facilities have been commissioned in the Zelenodolsk, Mendeleevsk, and Bavlinsky districts. The construction of the Football Development Center is 76% complete, and three ice arenas are 32% complete. In the cultural sector, the construction of seven facilities is planned for 2026. The construction of three multifunctional centers has been completed by 65%, and children's art schools by 22%. In the environmental sector, the reclamation of sludge fields in Kazan continues. 94% of the total volume of work has been completed. In the youth policy sector, seven facilities are being implemented. The construction of children's camps has been completed by 57%. During the reporting period, two facilities have been commissioned in the Baltasinsky district. As part of other republican programs, 27 facilities are being constructed in Tatarstan. The construction of executive committee buildings has been completed by 59%. Over the past two weeks, a facility has been completed in the Arsky district. The construction of integrated service points for the population has been completed by 63%. During the reporting period, a facility has been completed in the Alexeyevsky district. The improvement of public spaces continues. In 2026, it is planned to update 51 public areas in Tatarstan. Currently, work is underway on 41 sites in 35 municipalities. The overall completion rate is 7%.

      The modernization of the engineering infrastructure of the republic is being carried out within the framework of eight federal and republican programs. This year, it is planned to modernize nine facilities under the federal project "Modern Appearance of Rural Territories" and 17 facilities under the project "Modernization of Communal Infrastructure Systems." The readiness of the facilities under the communal infrastructure modernization program is 48%. Under the federal project "Modern Appearance of Rural Territories," work has been completed by 25%. Currently, work is ongoing at eight facilities.
