Russian President Vladimir Putin awarded state honors to 13 residents of Tatarstan and conferred them with honorary titles. The corresponding decrees were published on the legal information portal and concern workers in the social sphere, industry, transport, the oil and gas sector, and education. Additionally, the head of state approved grants for the implementation of creative projects in the field of culture and art. Among the recipients of support were projects from Tatarstan. For strengthening the institution of family and raising children, Olga Kirillova was awarded the medal of the Order of Parental Glory. The medal of the Order for Services to the Fatherland II degree was awarded to Lilia Sakhabutdinova, head of the inter-municipal department for the Aksubaevsky and Novosheshminsky districts of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography in Tatarstan, for many years of conscientious work and professional achievements. The Order of Honor was awarded to Jaudat Faizrahmanov, an advisor at the Kazan State Agrarian University rectorate, for his contribution to the training of qualified specialists and the development of scientific and pedagogical activities. The honorary title of "Honored Worker of Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation" was conferred on Zakvan Mufazalov, general director of LLC "Zhilbytservice-M." The title of "Honored Worker of the Oil and Gas Industry of the Russian Federation" was awarded to representatives of the oil and gas sector of Tatarstan, including employees of "Tatneft" and "Transneft - Prikamye." Among the awardees were Ilgam Badrutdinov, Ilshat Gadiev, Ramzes Zinnurov, Dmitry Makarov, Rifgat Hakimov, and Anis Shakirov. The title of "Honored Worker of Transport of the Russian Federation" was awarded to Alexander Cheremnov, deputy head of the Gorky Railway. Social workers Maria Ishmyakova and Vasilia Shakirzyanova also received the honorary title of "Honored Worker of Social Protection of the Population of the Russian Federation." In a separate decree, Vladimir Putin approved grants for the implementation of creative projects of national significance. Among the recipients were representatives from Tatarstan.
Support was received by acrobat artist Aldana Abdullaeva from the Kazan State Circus with the project of the circus laboratory "Arena of Ideas," director of music school No. 6 in Naberezhnye Chelny Olga Abuleva with the project of vocal and choral assemblies "Glory to the City of Avtograd!" and head of the department of the cultural center "Kyzyl Tau" Lilia Galimova with the project "Living Frames." Additionally, grants were allocated to Alsu Miftakhova, director of the Resource Center for the Implementation of Innovations and Preservation of Traditions in the Culture of Tatarstan, for holding an interregional congress of carpet makers, and to Nikolai Piyanzin, director of the School of Creative Industries in the Almetyevsk region, for the implementation of a series of travel programs "EthnoTrace."
