Three exhibitions dedicated to Children's Day were opened at the headquarters of "United Russia" in Tatarstan.
The official opening of three exhibitions dedicated to International Children's Day took place at the "Headquarters-Expo" exhibition space, as reported on the official portal of "United Russia." One of them was prepared by the headquarters independently, while the other two were hosted at the venue. Guests were welcomed by the head of the headquarters, Kamil Sadriyev. "It is pleasant that our venue is becoming a place for such sincere, bright, and important projects. We combine help, solutions, dialogue, creativity, and care for the future, which begins with our children. Such exhibitions help us, adults, understand what the kids live for and what they dream about. We are always open to young talents and are happy to provide them with our platform," he emphasized.
The ceremony was attended by local government deputy, co-chair of the regional council of supporters of "United Russia," Ksenia Dromnyak, and the head of the civil patriotism department of the Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, Pavel Talanov. "I am sincerely glad to be here today. Congratulations to the kids and the organizers! This exhibition turned out to be incredibly heartfelt. I am happy that the Headquarters is becoming a place where children's dreams are not just shown but given a voice," noted Ksenia Dromnyak.
The main project is an interactive photo exhibition "Message to the Adult Me," organized by the headquarters with the support of the Russian Society "Knowledge" and the Union of Photographers of the Republic. The exhibition features portraits of child activists from the headquarters. The authors of the photos are photographers Victoria Shigapova and Alisa Nikitcova. A key feature: simply pointing a phone camera at the photo allows the child to address their future self. The young heroes share what they dream of becoming: an actor, a dentist, or a football player. Many express a desire to create a loving family.
"When Alisa and I were taking these portraits, each child was so lively and open. The kids spoke so sincerely about their dreams that we ourselves wanted to return to childhood. This project is like a time machine: adults will be able to remember what they were like, and children will preserve their most important wishes for years to come," shared Victoria Shigapova, chairwoman of the Union of Photographers of Tatarstan and wife of a soldier in the Special Military Operation.
Two exhibitions of creative works by young artists also opened. "The Last Summer of Childhood: A Young Artists' View of the World" features works by graduates of Lyceum No. 5, twin sisters Alisia and Arianna Trifonov. The girls graduated from Children's Art School No. 1 named after H.A. Yakupov with a red diploma. The second exhibition is "I Paint the World Around" by Polina Sharafeeva, who engages in art through private lessons.
The exhibitions are open at the headquarters located at: Kazan, Karl Marx Street, 31/7, on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Admission is free.
