Mom and dad practice providing first aid to the child (preparation time - 1 minute, execution - 5 minutes), using bandaging materials and a first aid kit according to the Ministry of Health's order.

      Station 3 "Figure Driving"

      The child on a bicycle with protective gear passes a course with at least 5 elements of figure driving. Mom and dad perform a similar task in a car.

      Station 4 "Basics of Life Safety"

      Consists of three sectors: the team marks 10 traffic rule violators on a model; studies the structure of a bicycle and the basics of its operation; each participant chooses a safe route home on a map of a "virtual" city considering age characteristics (children under 14 - cyclists, adults - SIM or cyclists over 14). Time for completing tasks is recorded separately.

      Station 5 "Fire Safety"

      The seniors answer 10 theoretical questions on fire safety in 10 minutes. Then the entire team goes through an obstacle course with a fire extinguisher and sports challenges adapted to age and physical abilities.
