      In Tatarstan, the highest demand is observed for teachers of mathematics, Russian language, primary classes, foreign languages, physics, computer science, history, biology, and chemistry, as well as for kindergarten educators. This was reported in an interview with the chief editor of "Tatar-inform," Rinat Bilalov, by the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ilsur Khadiullin. He noted that at the beginning of the 2025-2026 academic year, the need for teaching staff exceeded 2,000 people; however, no school was left without teachers. According to him, the problem of shortage is partially addressed by attracting senior students from pedagogical programs and increasing the workload of current employees. The minister stated that the greatest need for teachers is noted in Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny, as well as in the Nizhnekamsk, Vysokogorsk, and Laishevsky districts.

      Khadiullin added that young teachers receive a monthly allowance of 10,000 rubles during their first three years of work.
