Systematic work on providing assistance
The Minister for Youth Affairs of Tatarstan, Azat Kadyrov, noted that a systematic approach to collecting and sending humanitarian aid has been established in the republic. "The Republic of Tatarstan does not just provide humanitarian aid: a systematic approach has been established in all districts and urban areas. Sending 74 tons of cargo to the DPR, LPR, and Zaporizhzhia region in just 10 days was made possible thanks to the unity of our residents, volunteers, and businesses. It is important that every volunteer receives official recognition of their work through registration on the Dobro.rf platform. 152 trips with cargo, 358 tons of directed aid over time — this is our contribution to the common cause. And we will continue to expand this work because supporting our neighbors is the main priority of Tatarstan's youth policy," he emphasized.
Humanitarian aid collection points operate in all 45 municipalities of the republic. Volunteers register on the Dobro.rf platform and receive volunteer hours for participating in actions. Recruitment of volunteers for humanitarian missions in the DPR, LPR, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Kursk, and Rostov regions continues.
The Executive Director of the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Information and Resource Center for Volunteering of the Republic of Tatarstan," Ayrat Mubarakshin, noted: "74 tons of humanitarian aid in just 10 days is the result not only of logistical capabilities but also of the sincere desire of thousands of residents of Tatarstan to support those who are currently on the front lines and in border areas. Every item, every package was collected with care and an understanding of the importance of the moment."
Participation of volunteers
According to the organizers, about 12,000 volunteers from Tatarstan have been involved in implementing humanitarian missions. In 2025, 35 volunteers from the republic participated in the cleanup of the consequences of an oil product spill in Anapa, and at the beginning of 2026, a group of ten people went to the Kursk region to restore the region's infrastructure.
The education of socially responsible individuals is one of the goals of the national project "Youth and Children," implemented at the initiative of the President of Russia.
