       On June 1, Kazan and the entire Republic of Tatarstan will celebrate International Children's Protection Day on a large scale, which has its history dating back to 1925 and has been officially celebrated in our country since 1950.

      

       On the upcoming Monday, June 1, Kazan and the entire republic will celebrate International Children's Protection Day, and this year the organizers have placed a special emphasis on modern youth culture, an inclusive environment, and patriotic education. As reported at the "business Monday" by Dmitry Khvostikov, the chairman of the committee for children and youth affairs of the capital's executive committee, the program will start even before the holiday. On May 30, starting at 10 AM, the third festival of inclusive creativity "The Road of Good" took place in the Gorkinsko-Ometyevsky Forest, dedicated to the 140th anniversary of Gabdulla Tukay, where children with disabilities performed on the same stage with leading creative teams of the city, and at the "Labor Reserves" stadium, a spectacular match of the Youth Football League took place, concluding the "Leather Ball" competitions that gathered more than three hundred young footballers. The main festive venue on June 1 will be the "Yelmai" park, where from noon until 9 PM, a grand festival of creativity of youth clubs "Teenager" will unfold, which, according to the organizers' expectations, will be attended by over ten thousand people. As specified by "Kazan Vedomosti," the program includes 17 free workshops, where the created items can be taken home, a sports zone with mini-football and table hockey tournaments, as well as arm wrestling with a master of sports in arm wrestling. The musical accompaniment will be provided by the brass band Just Brass, the group "Bar-bar," and the Action man team, with a lively disco as the finale. The festive events will cover all districts of the city: in the Aviastroitelny district at the "Wings of the Soviets" park, concerts and "Fun Starts" will take place, in the Novo-Savinovsky district on the "Ak chäçäklär" boulevard, creative teams will perform, in the Kirov and Moscow districts at Uritsky Park and "Salavat Kupere," there will be raffles and sports entertainment, in the Privolzhsky district at the "Kaleidoscope" park, cryo-shows and bubble shows are planned, and in the Soviet district near the "Art Center" shopping mall, interactive performances will take place.
