In Tatarstan, 72% of special operation veterans are employed.
In Tatarstan, 72% of participants in the special military operation who returned from the front have found employment. This was reported by the head of the fund's branch in Tatarstan, Guzel Udachina, during a live broadcast organized in the community of the regional government on the social network "VKontakte." "For veterans and their children, there are preferential formats for admission to higher, secondary, and additional vocational education programs. Before each admission campaign, we remind our veterans of this opportunity. To date, more than 100 young people have taken advantage of this opportunity and are studying under the higher education program," the speaker said.
In addition, the fund supports veterans who have decided to start their own businesses, with entrepreneurship schools organized for them. According to Udachina, 10% of former participants in the special military operation are engaged in entrepreneurial activities, and many of them are successful. Moreover, more than 30 former fighters have signed social contracts, and 17 veterans have received preferential loans of up to 5 million rubles.
The head of the Tatarstan branch of the fund specifically mentioned the provision of tutoring services for the children of fallen servicemen to prepare for the OGE and EGE exams. The project has been successfully implemented for the third year. Tourist routes for the families of the fallen are also organized, she added.
Veterans of the special operation participate in various media projects. "When our guys start to perform publicly, give interviews, and participate in podcasts, it indicates an improvement in their psycho-emotional state," Udachina noted in this regard.
Former participants in the special operation are successfully working as part of the "Batyrlar. Heroes of Tatarstan" personnel program, implemented at the initiative of the head of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov. 45 people made it to the finals. They have already begun to implement their initiatives, with some taking positions in government bodies.
"This is a wonderful project. 45 of our veterans participated in it. Even during the project presentations, we heard from veterans their regret that the project has come to an end," emphasized Guzel Udachina.
