      Resident of the Zelenodolsky District of Tatarstan, Alexandra Artemyeva, is celebrating her 95th birthday today. Her childhood coincided with the years of the Great Patriotic War, and from the age of ten, she worked on a collective farm, helping adults. Alexandra Ilyinichna was born in the Raifa rural settlement in a large family. After the war, she began working on the railway as a switchwoman and dedicated many years to this profession, staying at work until retirement. At the age of 21, she started a family, and in 1955, the couple welcomed their son Anatoly. Now the celebrant lives at home, with relatives helping to care for her. Despite her advanced age, Alexandra Ilyinichna moves around her apartment independently.
