      The acceptance of applications for the annual all-Russian competition for those who work with children in camps has started. The competition is called "Best Camp Counselor of Russia - 2026," and its organizers invite representatives from Tatarstan to try their skills as well. Participant registration will last until June 22. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation. The main goal of the competition is to find the most prepared, knowledgeable, and talented counselors who demonstrate a high level of professionalism. The organizers note that this is a unique opportunity for both beginners and experienced specialists to reveal their potential, showcase outstanding skills, and gain deserved recognition at the federal level.

      Counselors aged 18 to 25 can participate. They must have documented work experience in this position. The competition is held in two categories. The first is called "Counselors from the Subjects of the Russian Federation," and the second is "Counselors from Federal Children's Centers."

      The competition consists of three stages. The first, application stage, is already underway: it started on May 25 and will last until June 22. The second stage, online interviews, will take place from June 23 to August 31. Finally, the concluding stage with the solemn awarding of winners is scheduled for the period from September 1 to October 30.
