      Today, the "Tatneft-Olymp" stadium has turned into a noisy festive area. Hundreds of residents of Chistopol gathered for the folk holiday - Sabantuy - "the holiday of the plow." Guests were awaited with a rich program. Dozens of interactive zones were set up at the stadium: from gambling games and traditional fun to serious sports competitions. A special atmosphere was created by rural courtyards, where residents and guests of the city could get acquainted with the traditions, customs, and national color of various peoples living in the area.       Moreover, the holiday itself was not limited to just a spectator role: everyone eager participated with great enthusiasm in competitions, games, and contests. The official opening on the central square added a solemn note to the event.

      Everyone was congratulated on the holiday by the head of the district Dmitry Ivanov, the head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Kadamov, and the Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Andrey Razin. After that, an award ceremony took place on the main stage: honorary titles, certificates, and gratitude were awarded to agricultural workers, production leaders, and distinguished employees of enterprises and organizations in the district. Then, the "Battle of Labor Heroes" took place in the square, where teams from Chistopol enterprises competed. The celebration continued with performances by popular artists from Tatar and Russian pop.
