      The Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan presented the thematic platform "Live and Work in Tatarstan." Its goal is career guidance and informing about employment opportunities in the region. The platform is divided into five zones:

      The first zone is "Care and Career." Here, employment service staff conduct classic career orientation testing. Nearby, there is a point where additional consultations can be obtained regarding natal charts with "fortune tellers."

      The second zone is VR. Visitors have access to ten professional trials in virtual reality: combine harvester operator, veterinarian, nurse, firefighter, and others.

      The third zone is trying on gear. Equipment for six professions is presented: firefighter, police officer, cook, electrician, and others. Those interested can try on the gear and take photos.

      The fourth zone is a board game. It is created on the principle of "Monopoly," but instead of abstract assets, there are real enterprises of Tatarstan. Participants can, for example, purchase a "KAMAZ." The game is presented for the first time.

      The fifth zone is consultations on vacancies. Staff from the Employment Center explain current programs and open positions in the republic, including salary levels.

      Gulnara Filippova, the first deputy director of the Employment Center of Tatarstan, explained how the concept of the stand was born and what generates the most interest.

      "This stand is here for the first time. The fortune tellers attract the most attention – there have been queues since the very beginning of the festival. The VR zone mainly attracts children, and in addition, those who pass the test receive an orange with the "Work of Russia" logo. A person looking for a job can come and understand the direction in which they would be interested; our consultants will suggest what they have a tendency towards," she noted.

      According to Filippova, the platform at VK Fest is primarily aimed at young people. "We conduct career orientation work in schools and educational institutions so that children and parents understand where to direct the child's tendencies and how to build a further career. Here, one can try on a doctor's gown, take a photo, and play a role – all of this is in demand," she emphasized. The platform was also inspected by the Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan, Leila Fazleeva.
