Singer Larisa Dolina has filed a lawsuit against four fraudsters who deceived her. She is seeking compensation for property damage amounting to 176.1 million rubles, the press service of the courts of general jurisdiction in Moscow reported. The lawsuit was submitted to the Lefortovo District Court of the capital. The document states that by the verdict of the Balashikha City Court of the Moscow Region dated November 28, 2025, Dolina was recognized as having the right to satisfy the claims.
Recall that the four defendants received sentences ranging from four to seven years in prison. Dolina became a victim of phone scammers in 2024. The criminals convinced the singer to transfer her savings to "safe" accounts and even to sell her own apartment. Later, the transaction was declared invalid by the decision of the Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow. Subsequently, the Supreme Court still upheld the right to the apartment for the buyer Polina Lurie.
The practice in the secondary real estate market, where sellers restore their rights to housing through the courts without returning money, has come to be called the "Dolina effect."
