      The final district forum "There is a result!" took place in Moscow, where the results of work and new initiatives were presented, as reported on the official website of "United Russia." The party chairman Dmitry Medvedev emphasized at the plenary session that "United Russia" follows the principle "the state is for the person," which is the foundation of the People's Program. "United Russia" has tried to do everything to ensure that these patterns are realized even in the most challenging conditions of the pandemic, unprecedented sanctions, and the virtually open war of the collective West against Russia. To adhere to these tasks and the decisions made by the President, we have repeatedly expanded our program. Overall, through joint efforts, we ensured its full compliance with national development goals," he said. According to Medvedev, the party worked in the broadest possible contact with the Government. Just last year, the parliamentary faction submitted 248 legislative initiatives to the State Duma aimed at implementing the People's Program. All types of work were synchronized with government programs. In working on the budget for the current year, "United Russia" achieved an increase in funding for the activities of the People's Program by 174 billion rubles. Medvedev noted that today a unified cash benefit is received by parents of more than nine million children and over 120 thousand pregnant women. Since 2021, almost 1.5 million low-income citizens have entered into social contracts. Key activities include the resettlement of emergency housing stock and social gasification. Nearly a million people have moved into new homes, and over a million households have been connected to gas mains. As part of the modernization of education and healthcare infrastructure, more than 1,700 new schools and 1,600 kindergartens, 6,500 feldsher-midwife stations, clinics, and outpatient clinics have been built. Almost 14,500 facilities have been overhauled (of which 6,500 are schools, and nearly 8,000 are medical facilities). Regions received more than 13,000 ambulances, Medvedev reported. He also stated that small and medium-sized businesses account for at least one-fifth of the economy. Together with the Small and Medium Entrepreneurship Corporation and "Support of Russia," the party is implementing a pilot educational program "Your Business" for veterans of the special operation. The party supported the complete digitalization of state control and permitting activities. The procedures for obtaining licenses have been optimized, and pre-trial appeal mechanisms through "Public Services" are in operation. Thousands of entrepreneurs are using the digital feedback platform. At the initiative of "United Russia," a development strategy for small and medium-sized businesses in the creative industry has been formed, and a corresponding basic law has been adopted. Last year, the number of entrepreneurs and self-employed individuals under the age of 25 exceeded 2.5 million. Medvedev also focused on increasing labor productivity. Unemployment is at a historical minimum of just 2.2%. To achieve robotization indicators, preferential lending for machine and industrial robot manufacturers has been provided. Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak noted that the Government considers "United Russia" a key partner in implementing the tasks set by the President. According to him, the system of control and supervisory activities has been fully digitized, and the duration of inspections has been reduced. At the initiative of "United Russia," a unified status for large families has been established, and a uniform certificate has been introduced. Under the party's patronage, more than 250 helicopters for air ambulance and over 15,000 ambulances have been delivered to the regions. Secretary of the General Council of "United Russia" Vladimir Yakushev reported that the process of collecting proposals for the People's Program continues. Infrastructure (kindergartens, roads, and utility networks) ranks first in the number of appeals. Healthcare and education share the second and third places. Residents complain about the lack of feldsher-midwife stations. Following the work of six thematic round tables, forum participants summarized the proposals. Among them are the consolidation of the status of "youth construction," exemption of students from income tax, creation of an educational program for participants of the special operation "Time of Masters," allocation of apartments for combat veterans with "smart homes," opening the "Hero's Hectare" direction, creation of a national digital platform "Health," and a unified patient map.

      First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Small and Medium Entrepreneurship, federal coordinator of the party project "Entrepreneurship" Alfiya Kogogina emphasized that special attention is given to business in the party's program document, including the expansion of the educational program "Your Business" for veterans of the special operation who wish to realize themselves in entrepreneurship. According to her, just in 2025, the faction submitted 248 initiatives to the State Duma aimed at implementing the People's Program. Kogogina also reported that last week during the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, the President of the Russian Federation supported the proposal to ease the tax burden on small businesses and suggested postponing further reductions in the revenue threshold for the application of the simplified taxation system by businesses. "It is important for us that every citizen of the country sees themselves in this document. Only in this case will we achieve results," concluded Dmitry Medvedev.
