Every year on June 12, our country celebrates an important national holiday - Russia Day. This holiday is a great opportunity to show children our love and respect for our vast and beautiful country. On June 12, the employees of the Leskhoz Cultural Center, together with the Leskhoz School, held an educational game "My Homeland - Russia" at the school camp "Koyashkay" in honor of the holiday. The event began with the performance of the anthem of the Russian Federation. In the main part, the participants of the event took a journey through our multinational country - Russia. They learned about the history of the holiday's origin, answered questions about history, the state structure, symbols, population, cultural heritage, nature, and geography of our country. All participants were able to demonstrate their knowledge. In the creative part of the event, children assembled puzzles and then created a poster "Russia Day" from them. They also colored the symbols of the country, the nature of Russia, its expanses, and beauty. Every person has a homeland, and we are all lucky to be born in a great country named Russia. May our country live and prosper forever!
