      1.1. The online relay "Voices of Russia: your voice resonates, your story inspires" (hereinafter referred to as the Relay) is a large-scale creative project uniting residents from all regions of Russia.

      1.2. The purpose of the Relay is to create a unified cultural space, showcase the wealth of talents from the Russian countryside, and prove that status or profession is not important for creativity.

      1.3. The tasks of the Relay: to give everyone the opportunity to declare themselves and their talent; to tell about the life, traditions, and people of different cities and villages in the country; to inspire viewers to unlock their own potential.

      2.1. The organizer of the Relay is the editorial office of the newspaper "Kamskaya Nov."

      3. Participants of the Relay

      3.1. All residents of the Russian Federation without age restrictions are invited to participate.
