      Entering the registry grants the right to receive various state support measures implemented under the national project "Effective and Competitive Economy": preferential loans, training programs, federal subsidies, participation in fairs, and other support directions.

      Entrepreneurs, legal entities with a staff of up to 5 employees, and self-employed individuals working in the field of the creative economy—such as design, advertising, media, IT development, crafts, fashion, gastronomy, and other creative areas—can enter the registry.

      The authorized organization for accepting documents and confirming compliance of entrepreneurs with established criteria is the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan. The decision to include in the registry is made by a commission of the republican Ministry of Economy.

      Activities in the field of creative industries are considered priority areas for business. This allows entrepreneurs included in the registry to receive funding on preferential terms and other state support measures for business development.

      Moreover, according to the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation, the status of a craftsman grants the right to exemption from labeling the produced goods. The Government of Tatarstan has the right to approve the list of craft goods that do not need to be labeled.
