The funds will be directed towards the restoration of the building of the factory partnership "Brothers Krestovnikov" and its adaptation for modern use. The work is planned to be completed by the end of November 2028. The concept for the reconstruction of this cultural heritage site was developed by the head of the architectural bureau WALL, Ruben Arakelyan. "This is a very important project for us. We aimed not just to repair the site, but to propose a truly breakthrough concept for its revival. That is why we involved, in my opinion, one of the most talented architects in Russia, Ruben Arakelyan, in the development. His proposed concept of 'a building within a building' with a glass roof for the inner part has collected a whole harvest of awards from top architectural prizes over the past two years. All emergency works at the site have now been completed. I am confident that with DOM.RF we will be able to implement this idea one hundred percent, and the building will become a new calling card for the center of Kazan," noted the general director of the group of companies "SMU-88," Nail Galeev. "Today, more and more projects for the restoration of historical buildings are being implemented with the involvement of bank financing. Such projects not only preserve architectural heritage but also create new points of attraction for residents and businesses. Ruben Arakelyan's concept of 'a building within a building' allows for the preservation of the historical appearance of the structure, which has an area of almost 7,600 square meters, while the roof of the inner part will be made of glass. Inside, there will be small cafes and restaurants, boutiques, and apartments.

      The project was presented at the architectural and construction forum "Kazanush" and received high praise from both the professional community and the residents of Kazan. It has repeatedly become a laureate of prestigious architectural awards, including the "Golden Trezzini," PROESTATE Awards, GOOD INNOVATIONS, and others.
