From June 17 to June 28, 2026, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan is launching the second stage of accepting applications from owners of personal subsidiary farms for compensation of expenses in three areas of state support. The regional agricultural department announces the start of the application campaign for citizens engaged in livestock breeding in personal subsidiary farms. Documents are accepted in electronic format through the specialized portal "My Subsidies." The application submission period is strictly regulated and will last until June 28 inclusive. As part of the second selection, reimbursement of costs is provided for the following items:
Maintenance of dairy cattle. Compensation for the maintenance of milking cows is calculated at a rate of 6,300 rubles per head. For sheep and goat owners, support is provided in the amount of 1,000 rubles for each ewe, lamb, goat, or kid older than one year.
Pasture maintenance. The subsidy for the maintenance of mares that have reached three years of age will be 5,000 rubles per head.
Development of farmer infrastructure. A separate block of support measures is aimed at the construction of mini-dairy farms. Farms organizing a facility for 8 or more cows can claim 1 million rubles. For farms with 5 cows, a subsidy of 500,000 rubles is provided.

The Ministry notes that the regular conduct of such selections is part of the systematic work of the state to achieve the goals of the national project "Technological Support for Food Security." Financial support for personal subsidiary farms contributes not only to increasing the profitability of private households but also to strengthening the positions of local producers, ensuring a stable supply of the market with quality domestic products and the sustainable development of the agro-industrial complex of the republic.
