      INFORMATION № 1 The Kazan Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor's Office clarifies that by the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated June 2, 2026, No. 677 "On Amendments to the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated December 9, 2020, No. 2055," a new edition of the Regulation on Maximum Allowable Emissions, Temporarily Permitted Emissions, and Maximum Allowable Standards for Physical Impacts on the Atmospheric Air has been approved.   The regulation defines the procedure for developing and establishing maximum allowable emissions, temporarily permitted emissions, and maximum allowable standards for physical impacts on the atmospheric air for stationary sources of pollutant emissions into the atmospheric air. INFORMATION № 2 The Kazan Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor's Office clarifies that by the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated June 2, 2026, No. 679 "On Amendments to the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated December 6, 2021, No. 2214," changes have been made to the form of the electronic accompanying document for the transportation of timber and its processed products.  The new edition outlines some positions of the information included in the electronic accompanying document for the transportation of timber and its processed products, as well as the requirements for the format and procedure for filling out the electronic accompanying document for the transportation of timber and its processed products. This resolution comes into force on September 1, 2026. INFORMATION № 3 The Kazan Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor's Office clarifies that by the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated June 2, 2026, No. 684, the validity period of the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated December 31, 2020, No. 2451, which approved the rules for organizing measures to prevent and eliminate oil and petroleum product spills on the territory of the Russian Federation, has been extended until September 1, 2032. Additionally, among other things, the procedure for preparing, submitting, and coordinating the plan for the prevention and elimination of oil and petroleum product spills, the grounds and procedure for conducting comprehensive exercises of emergency rescue services and emergency rescue formations intended for the elimination of oil and petroleum product spills, and the procedure for notifying about oil and petroleum product spills have been clarified.

      

       It is provided that plans for the prevention and elimination of oil and petroleum product spills approved before the day this resolution comes into force do not need to be brought into compliance with the established requirements.
