Outdoor advertising structures, air conditioners, solid fences, 3D mesh, polycarbonate, and chain-link fencing are prohibited. The placement of cellular base stations and antenna-mast structures is not allowed. Landscaping is also subject to strict rules. It is prohibited to cut down trees, pave areas with materials other than shades of gray, and to alter the terrain.
