The tugboat "Kuloy" was launched at the factory in Zelenodolsk.

      At the A.M. Gorky Shipbuilding Plant in Zelenodolsk, the launch of the emergency rescue tug "Kuloy" took place. The vessel became the fourth in a series of five units being built under project T3150-ZD. According to the Ministry of Transport of Russia, the tug is designed for operation in ice conditions, can tow non-self-propelled vessels and floating structures, assist with mooring, and participate in firefighting and oil spill response. The construction is being carried out under the supervision of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping as part of the national project "Effective Transport System." The name "Kuloy" was given to the tug in honor of the village of the same name in the Arkhangelsk region. Earlier, at the end of 2025, the tug "Verman" was launched, and in March 2026 - "Oklan." The completion of the series will enhance the safety of navigation in ports and water areas with severe ice conditions.
