      The republican creative competition, which has transformed over the years into a true forge of talent for industrial giants and social institutions in the region, is once again opening its doors to active and goal-oriented youth. In 2026, the event is held under the auspices of the Year of Military and Labor Valor, which gives the event a special patriotic and educational significance. Participants can expect not just a competition, but a large-scale show where professional spirit and creativity intertwine.

      Who can apply and what changes await participants

      The organizing committee has established clear age limits: employees of enterprises, institutions, and organizations in Tatarstan aged 18 to 35 are eligible to participate. An important innovation of the current season is the clarification of quotas for mentors and older team members. The regulations now strictly govern the percentage ratio: if the team includes employees over 36 years old, their share must not exceed half of the team composition. For age groups up to 40, 45, and 50 years, descending quotas are provided (50%, 25%, and 25% respectively), allowing for a balance between experience and youthful energy. A key requirement for candidates is official employment in the field of production, service, or services with a salary and experience of at least six months at their current job. The organizers emphasized that the project is created for amateurs, so cultural workers and professional artists will not be able to participate in the relevant nominations to maintain fairness in the competition. There is no financial burden on participants — no fee is charged for performances.

      Geography of selections and stages of the creative journey

      Traditionally, the festival covers major industrial centers of the republic to simplify logistics for teams from different corners of Tatarstan. The first to host the relay will be Naberezhnye Chelny, where the zonal stage will take place on October 16-17. The next point will be Almetyevsk (October 23-24), and the series of selections will conclude in Zelenodolsk on November 6-7. This rotation of cities allows for equal conditions for all out-of-town teams.

      The competition program is divided into three main directions: vocal art, choreographic mastery, and the original genre "Minute of Glory," where participants can surprise the jury with any unconventional talents. After each zonal day, gala concerts will be held to award the strongest in individual nominations and summarize team results.

      The path to the final and awards for the best

      Those who successfully overcome the qualifying barrier will meet on the final stage in Kazan on November 13-14. The culmination will be a gala show on November 16 at the KRK "Pyramid," where the winner will be determined, who will receive the Grand Prix. In addition to the prestigious transitional Cup of the Republic of Tatarstan, the winning team will receive a substantial cash certificate of 500,000 rubles.

      Particular interest is aroused by the establishment of the honorary title "Hero of Our Time." The holder of this title, awarded for outstanding personal qualities and a bright performance, will receive a prize of 300,000 rubles. It is important to note that the festival is not limited to a competitive race — its program includes educational intensive courses. Master classes on stage speech, plasticity, choreography, and acting will be conducted for participants by invited masters of arts from the republic.

      History and scale of the project

      Throughout the history of the initiative, authored by the youth organization "Zvezdny-Yoldyzlyk," more than 13,000 young workers from thousands of enterprises across all municipalities of Tatarstan have participated in the events. The project is developing with the comprehensive support of the republic's leadership, is overseen by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, as well as the Youth Affairs Department. The high status of the festival is confirmed by the auspices of the Russian Commission for UNESCO, which elevates the republican event to an international cultural level.

      The organizers urge not to delay the decision: the application campaign is open and will remain active until October 2, 2026.
