      A new stage of digitalization of healthcare is starting in Tatarstan: the Ministry of Health of the republic is launching a service in test mode that will make obtaining medical data more convenient and faster. Now, patients of state medical institutions will be able to receive laboratory test results directly in the national messenger Max. Tatarstan has become one of the first regions in the country where state medicine has integrated with this domestic platform, marking an important step in the development of a unified digital healthcare system. The operation of the new service is as simple and clear as possible for any user. As soon as the laboratory completes the analysis of the biological material, and the attending physician checks and confirms the results, the patient receives a notification on their smartphone with a link to a secure, anonymized document. There is no longer a need to make an appointment for a follow-up visit or waste time on a personal visit to the clinic just to pick up a paper printout. Everything comes automatically in the messenger, which most residents of the republic already have.

      At the first stage, several large medical organizations in Kazan have been connected to the pilot project. This will allow for the testing of all technical nuances and obtaining feedback from the first users. In the future, after successful testing, the service is planned to be scaled to all central district hospitals in the republic, so that residents of the most remote corners of Tatarstan can access their test results electronically.

      Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan Andrey Efremov emphasized that integration with the Max messenger is not just a trend, but a thoughtful and logical step in the development of the regional segment of the unified state system of domestic healthcare. Residents of the republic have long been accustomed to solving everyday issues in messengers, and now they will be able to safely and promptly receive their medical data there as well. This reduces waiting time, decreases the burden on doctors by freeing them from unnecessary paperwork, and makes medicine more humane and accessible.

      The test launch will last until September 1 of this year. Everyone is welcome to send their feedback and suggestions for improving the service to specialists via email. The implementation of this service is part of the federal project "The State for People," aimed at improving the quality and accessibility of public services for every citizen.
