Unity in motion, strength in the team: bailiffs of Tatarstan celebrated Russia Day with a football tournament.

      The most athletic part of the team of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan determined who is stronger, faster, and more united not in service, but on the football field. The annual mini-football tournament among the employees of the Main Directorate took place in the city of Buinsk, uniting more than 100 bailiffs from across the republic.

      The sports event was organized by the Youth Council and the Primary Trade Union Organization of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan with the support of the administration of the Buinsk municipal district, which provided the venue for the competitions. The tournament is traditionally held on Russia Day and this year gained special significance as it takes place in the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia.

      On the football field, representatives of different nationalities, cultures, and regions of the republic met, united by common professional tasks, dedication to service, and love for sports. Such events contribute to strengthening friendly ties among employees, developing corporate culture, and uniting the team.

      The Deputy Head of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, Ramil Shigapov, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. He congratulated the employees on the upcoming Russia Day, noting that the strength of our country has always been in the unity of its peoples, mutual respect, and readiness to overcome any difficulties together. He also wished the teams fair competition, sporting excitement, and well-deserved victories. The competitions were held to promote a healthy lifestyle, popularize sports, and strengthen team spirit among the employees of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan.

      More than 100 enforcement bailiffs and bailiffs ensuring the established order of court activities from the district departments of bailiffs in Kazan and municipal formations of the republic participated in the tournament. A total of eight teams, formed on a territorial basis, competed for victory. The capital of Tatarstan had the largest representation, with employees from the Kazan bailiff departments fielding three teams.

      Throughout the day, there was intense and spectacular competition on the field. Each team demonstrated a high level of preparation, a will to win, and true team spirit. According to the tournament results, the prize places were distributed as follows: 1st place - team "Kazan-3"; 2nd place - team from the Buinsk direction; 3rd place - team from the Arsky direction. The best players of the tournament were determined based on the competition results: Amir Sadykov – junior bailiff of the OUPDS of the Zelenodolsk district bailiff department (Buinsk direction team) – best forward; Anton Dudkin – junior bailiff of the OUPDS of the Vysokogorsky district bailiff department (Arsky direction team) – best goalkeeper; Radik Fathrahmanov - senior shift supervisor at the facility – bailiff of the OUPDS of the Moskovsky district bailiff department (team "Kazan-3") – best defender.

      The winners and prizewinners of the tournament were awarded cups, diplomas, and medals. The annual football tournament once again confirmed that the bailiffs of Tatarstan are united not only by service tasks but also by common values – teamwork, mutual assistance, a desire for development, and respect for each other. It is such events that help strengthen the unity of the team and preserve the best traditions of the service.
