      In the Zainsk district, a good tradition has emerged: deputies gift subscriptions to local publications to those who cannot afford to do so themselves. Recently, the deputy of the State Council of Tatarstan, General Director of SMP-Neftegaz JSC, Riyaz Komarov, joined the initiative. At his initiative, 100 subscription sets for the newspapers "Novy Zai" and "Zei ofyklary" will be given to lonely elderly people and our fighters in the special operation zone.

      Only people with open hearts can extend a helping hand and warm another's soul with care. In the Zainsk district, charity has long ceased to be a one-time event — it is becoming a systematic concern for fellow citizens. One of the bright examples has been the subscription to local press for those who particularly need attention and connection with the larger world.

      This time, the recipients of the gift are two categories of Zainsk residents. The first category consists of elderly people living alone who are in difficult life situations. Social workers will deliver newspapers to their homes every week for six months. The second category includes our fellow citizens who are currently performing combat tasks in the special military operation zone. For them, local newspapers will be sent along with humanitarian cargo.

      — The local newspaper bears a huge responsibility: it is about operational information, the chronicle of our small homeland, explaining the leadership's policies, and simply human communication. All of this is very much needed by people. I am sincerely glad that we can do this so that as many Zainsk residents as possible can hold the latest issue in their hands. Let them read, let them be aware of events, — commented his good deed Riyaz Foatovich.

      Mail for people of silver age is a whole event. Many of them grew up reading newspapers and cannot imagine themselves without the familiar rustle of pages.
