Zainsk farmer Arthur Mukhametzyanov has been recognized as the best in the republic.
The farm, which started in 2013, is now setting trends in poultry farming in Tatarstan and is preparing for a new leap. The head of the farm became the winner of the republican competition of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan and received a grant of 100,000 rubles. At the republican Sabantuy in Kazan, rural heroes were honored. Among those whose names were met with applause was the head of the peasant farm Arthur Mukhametzyanov. In 2026, he became the winner of the republican competition "Best Head of a Peasant (Farm) Household of the Republic of Tatarstan," organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the republic, and the recipient of a grant of 100,000 rubles. The award found its hero not by chance — the 37-year-old farmer has over ten years of intense, painstaking work behind him, which turned a bold idea into a serious enterprise.
Back in August 2013, Arthur Radikovich decided to engage in what seemed to many a risky experiment — breeding mulard ducks in the conditions of Tatarstan. Today, his farms are spread across the settlements of Vtoraya Bugulda and Kerekes, and the total area of production facilities is impressive: the farm alone occupies 1,400 square meters, plus a grain storage facility of 590 square meters and a leased land plot of 52,000 square meters. But the main thing is the livestock, which today numbers 15,000 mulard ducks, of which 5,000 are breeding stock. And this is not the limit: plans include expansion, as in 2024 the farmer purchased a fattening complex in the village of Poruchikovo with ten livestock buildings, where reconstruction is actively underway.
However, Mukhametzyanov's success is measured not only in square meters and the number of birds. He became one of the first in the republic to implement the method of artificial insemination of ducks — a technology that requires high qualifications and courage. To master it perfectly, Arthur Radikovich went to France for training in 2021, a country where poultry farming is elevated to a high art. The knowledge gained allowed the farm to reach a completely new level of breeding and quality control. The own incubator, designed for a simultaneous setting of 150,000 eggs, works like clockwork, and a staff of ten qualified employees ensures the uninterrupted rhythm of the entire production.
The history of this farm is a chronicle of constant growth, supported by state assistance. The first important step was taken in 2014 when Arthur Radikovich won a grant under the "Beginning Farmer" program. But the real leap occurred in 2022 when winning the family farm development program brought serious funds for the development of poultry farming. The grant was used to purchase a feed mill, an agricultural loader, and a specialized refrigerated truck with climate control equipment for the careful transportation of day-old chicks and eggs. The modernization gave a powerful impulse to sales: today, the products of the Zainsk farmer are well known far beyond the borders of his native Tatarstan — they are eagerly taken in Bashkortostan, Chuvashia, Samara, and Ulyanovsk regions, as well as in Naberezhnye Chelny.
The Sabantuy in Kazan became a beautiful point in the series of labor victories of this year. Arthur Mukhametzyanov took the stage not just as a businessman who managed to build a successful enterprise, but as a person who is not afraid to implement world standards in his native area, creates jobs, and feeds entire regions with his labor. The grant received is a sign of recognition from the entire agricultural community of Tatarstan. The award, presented at the main village holiday, became proof that perseverance, courage, and love for the land always lead to victory.
