      A preventive visit, initiated not by the supervisory authority but by the manager of a new catering establishment in the city center, took place today in Kazan. He voluntarily invited specialists from Rospotrebnadzor for an audit of the kitchen and dining areas. The Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs' Rights under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Farid Abdulganiev, observed the interaction process between business and control. Following the event, the business ombudsman of Tatarstan commented on this format, calling it a new culture of interaction. "Today we see how a new culture of interaction between business and control is forming in Tatarstan. Entrepreneurs themselves invite experts to do everything correctly. From the café owners' perspective, this is sound risk management: it is better to know in advance where there may be pitfalls and calmly fix everything than to deal with orders and fines later," said Farid Abdulganiev. He emphasized that the preventive visit is essentially a free consultation from the best experts, which does not imply any sanctions—only recommendations and tips. According to the ombudsman, this approach is beneficial for all parties: businesses save resources and avoid risks, consumers receive safe services, and supervisory authorities can focus on truly problematic points. "In my opinion, this format of interaction is an effective tool for reducing administrative pressure and increasing the legal literacy of entrepreneurs. We will continue to promote preventive tools and help entrepreneurs use them. Our goal is for every businessman to understand that supervision is not only control but also support if an open dialogue is established," concluded the business ombudsman.
