      The results of the financial and economic activities and the participation of the TAIF Group in the social programs of the republic in 2025 were summarized at the annual meeting of the General Meeting of Shareholders of JSC "TAIF" — the parent company of a diversified holding.       The main vector of 2025 — development and efficiency

      Last year was a milestone for the TAIF Group: it marked the 35th anniversary since the founding of one of the largest diversified holdings in the country. Throughout its history of formation and development, the mission of the Group of companies has remained unchanged: "to be at the forefront of enterprises that ensure the progress of Tatarstan and Russia." In numbers, from 1995 to 2025, the contribution of the TAIF Group's enterprises to the development of the country exceeded 3.5 trillion rubles: this includes taxes, investments in infrastructure development, charitable projects, and efforts to preserve the ecology.       In his speech, the General Director of JSC "TAIF," Timur Shigabutdinov, emphasized:

      — Large-scale capacities require modern management. That is why in the past year, 2025, the main vector of our work became the formula — 'Development and Efficiency.'

      As part of implementing the formula, the focus was on increasing labor productivity (a strategy for organizational improvements has been developed and is being implemented). There is active implementation of innovations, with a large-scale program for the digitalization of production at its core. Special attention is paid to reliability management projects, including digital audits, continuous instrumental diagnostics, and dynamic planning of repair programs. Another key element of the sustainable development system is the health and safety of every employee of the Group's companies and directly — of the production facilities.

      — The results could always be greater and better, — noted the General Director of JSC "TAIF," Timur Shigabutdinov, while speaking with journalists after summarizing the results of the TAIF Group's work last year. — The year 2025 was not easy for the entire country, for the republic, and for the company, as it is every year. There was significant pressure from international markets and a challenging internal monetary policy. All this, of course, left an imprint on financial results. However, 2025 showed that TAIF maintains the most important thing: stable forward movement. The results achieved are a solid foundation for the further strategic development of the TAIF Group until 2035.

      The TAIF Group remains a socially oriented business. The year 2025 was no exception: the volume of social investments and charitable activities on a gratuitous basis amounted to about 2 billion rubles in monetary terms. This includes support for the development of professional and amateur sports, investments in the preservation of historical and cultural monuments, and support for cultural initiatives.

      Great attention is paid to targeted assistance for those in need — part of the tasks in this direction has now been delegated to the newly created charitable foundation "Sokrovennoe," which received the status of a socially oriented non-profit organization (SONKO) in 2025.

      — "TAIF-NK" is a unique enterprise! Such output of light oil products! 91.3% from a ton of raw materials. The depth of processing is 98.8%! Our second oil refining complex — TANEKO demonstrates figures of 90% and 96%, respectively, but this is a completely new, modern complex, while such results at TAIF-NK have been achieved through modernization, — emphasized Rustam Minnikhanov to the meeting participants.

      40% of straight-run gasoline (1.2 million tons), every fourth liter of diesel fuel (3 million tons), and 17% of gasoline (0.6 million tons) produced in 2025 in the Republic of Tatarstan were obtained at the facilities of JSC "TAIF-NK."

      The President of Tatarstan also noted that the network of gas stations of the TAIF Group accounts for one-third of all filling stations in the republic. The share of the network in the Tatarstan gas station market exceeded 30% and remains a guarantee of stability in the retail fuel market of RT.

      He also emphasized the importance of the generating component of the TAIF Group for the republic:

      — "TGK-16 is one of our main energy companies. In electricity, it may account for about a quarter of supply volumes, but in terms of heat supply — it is a much larger share (57% of consumption in RT — editor's note), — noted the president of the republic.

      — In the current realities, our main task is to squeeze the maximum out of the available opportunities. For this, we have built a clear system of tactical priorities:

      Safety and efficiency of production — strict control of processes and a lean approach to resources;

      Market stability — maintaining guaranteed sales of products in conditions of price volatility and logistical constraints;

      Focus of attention — implementation of organizational projects, digital transformation, and preservation of unique human resources;

      The main vector — a confident start to the implementation of new large investment projects.

      Speaking about investment projects, Timur Shigabutdinov clarified that this concerns the next large-scale stage of the Development Strategy of the TAIF Group companies, planned for the period until 2035:

      Only in the period from 2026 to 2027, as the General Director of the parent company of the TAIF Group reported, there will be large-scale work in the field of oil refining, increasing the efficiency of reliability management, working to achieve project indicators for the depth of processing and extraction of light oil products at the "TAIF-NK" facilities. Significant attention will be paid to the modernization of existing and the construction of new capacities for generating electrical and thermal energy. A relatively new direction for the TAIF Group will be immersion in the development sector.

      Summarizing the meeting, Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized:

      — We see what difficult conditions are forming: both financial and credit, and sanctions… but the company continues its work, its development, sets ambitious goals, and significantly expands its investments. This is very appealing to us — the republic. We wish the company to implement all its planned projects. The republic will provide full support in implementing these plans and in current activities.

      The President of Tatarstan also expressed confidence that the difficulties faced by the economy of the republic as a whole and TAIF in particular are temporary. And through joint efforts, they will definitely be overcome. He thanked the leadership, shareholders, and labor collectives of the TAIF Group companies for their responsible work and wished them to achieve even higher results.
