      Doctors at the Republican Clinical Hospital of Tatarstan have helped a girl suffering from severe myasthenia regain her mobility. She was practically immobilized. This was reported by the Minister of Health of Tatarstan, Almir Abashev, on his channel in MAX. One day, the girl felt that her tongue had gone numb, and later realized that her coordination was lost. She was taken by ambulance to the Zelenodolsk Central District Hospital, where doctors suspected a stroke. However, the diagnosis was not confirmed by MRI. Her condition worsened, and the patient was transferred to the Republican Clinical Hospital. The patient had a history of epilepsy, which complicated the diagnosis. Eventually, a diagnosis of severe myasthenia was established. This is a disease that leads to progressive weakness of skeletal muscles. The patient was no longer able to move and had difficulty breathing. Despite the treatment, including plasmapheresis and the administration of immunoglobulin, her condition remained severe. The attending neurologist, Rezeda Davletshina, along with her colleagues, continued to search for the optimal solution. After consultations with Professor Enver Bogdanov and specialists from the Scientific Center of Neurology, doctors began hormonal therapy. Finally, improvements began to appear. The patient's condition started to improve: first, she began to sit up, then to stand and walk. As of today, the girl has almost returned to her normal life and continues to be monitored by specialists at the Republican Clinical Hospital of Tatarstan.
