The head of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation was presented with the project for the continuation of Moskovsky Avenue in Chelny.

      The Minister of Construction and Housing and Utilities of Russia, Irek Faizullin, was presented with the project for the continuation of Moscow Avenue in Naberezhnye Chelny. In addition, he familiarized himself with the construction site of the residential complex "Prityazhenie" by the company "Talan," inspected the completed road, and the pedestrian bridge over the Chelny River.

      At the embankment of Gabdulla Tukay, Faizullin examined a four-thread pipeline for the water supply, which delivers water from Elevator Mountain to the GES settlement. Here, repairs are underway on nearly 2 km of water supply networks with the replacement of worn-out pipes. The inspection took place as part of the minister's working trip to the Republic of Tatarstan.

      Moreover, Irek Faizullin visited the renovated Tatar Drama Theater named after Ayaz Gilyazov and the Russian Drama Theater "Masterovye." According to the press service of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation, the head of the department highly appreciated the creation of a comfortable and developed environment for the convenience of residents, as well as the level of implementation of infrastructure projects in the city.

      Earlier, Chelny-biz.ru reported that 2.9 billion rubles are needed for the construction of the second phase of the continuation of Moscow Avenue. The construction of the first phase has been completed at a cost of 1.5 billion rubles. In Chelny, documents have been prepared for the expropriation of 277 plots out of 446 that fall under the second phase of the avenue's extension. The expropriation will begin after funding is allocated. The route will affect the territories of the gardening associations "Yubileiny," "Stroitel," and "KAMAZ 2." The total cost of compensation for the expropriation of property, according to estimates for 2024, will amount to 324 million rubles. The route of the second phase will run from the existing ring in Orlovskoye Pole (constructed as part of the first phase of the project) to Komarov Street in the ZYAB settlement.
