      In Naberezhnye Chelny, the youth center "Zaman" has reopened after reconstruction. The major renovation was the first comprehensive update of the institution in almost 30 years of its operation. The center has become the fifth youth space in the city to undergo renovation. The grand opening was attended by the Deputy Head of Rosmolodezh Denis Ashirov, the Minister for Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Kadyrov, the Mayor of Naberezhnye Chelny Nail Magdeev, and State Duma Deputy Alfiya Kogogina. After the update, "Zaman" has transformed into an innovative space for youth. The three floors house career guidance laboratories, a photo studio, vocal and choreography halls, a psychological relaxation area, as well as venues for educational and creative events. The adjacent area has seen the addition of a sports ground and an amphitheater, while the building's facade is adorned with a mural dedicated to the workers of PJSC "KAMAZ." "Naberezhnye Chelny has always been distinguished by a special youth atmosphere. It was here that one of the first youth policy institutions appeared in the republic. Over the decades, they have become part of the city's life. Thanks to the support of the country's leadership, the Republic of Tatarstan, the city, and participation in national projects, we are systematically updating the youth infrastructure. Now young residents of Chelny have a modern center where they can learn, develop their skills, meet like-minded people, and realize their own ideas," noted the Minister for Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Kadyrov. Special attention in the center's work will be given to supporting young specialists and developing the working youth movement, which unites more than 30 enterprises of the automotive city. For career guidance training, a specialized simulator developed by PJSC "KAMAZ" has been installed, allowing for the development of coordination and professional skills. The total funding for the reconstruction amounted to almost 190 million rubles. The work was carried out in two stages and became the most extensive update of the youth center since its opening.

      Today, systematic modernization of youth infrastructure continues in Tatarstan. Modern youth centers are becoming spaces for education, creativity, volunteering, professional development, and public activity for young people. Support for youth initiatives aligns with the goals of the national project "Youth and Children."
