A 76-year-old pensioner from Aznakayevo transferred 2.7 million rubles to scammers. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Tatarstan. From April to May, the woman received calls from unknown individuals who posed as employees of the federal treasury and the prosecutor's office. The fraudsters used various tricks. Initially, they spoke about the installation of barriers and containers, then about hacking her account on the State Services website, transfers to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and a dubious deal involving an apartment.
