      Today, a ceremony honoring families whose fates are connected with the enterprise was held at the Museum of Military and Labor Glory "Zarechye" of the Kazan Powder Plant. The event, held in anticipation of the Day of Family, Love, and Fidelity, was organized by the Kazan local branch of "United Russia" and the Powder-Slobodskoye primary branch of the party. Among the honored guests were families who have celebrated 50 or more years of marriage, labor dynasties, and young families. As Tatiana Mikhailova, the secretary of the Powder-Slobodskoye primary branch of the "United Russia" party, shared, the event is held annually before the Day of Family to showcase and pass on the values of family relationships to younger generations. "There are many dynasties at the plant, about 160. We are very proud of them and represent them at other venues so that they are not only seen here within the enterprise," Tatiana Mikhailova said. The lives of Oksana and Alexander Tsaryov are inextricably linked to the powder plant. Oksana's mother and aunts once worked here. After graduating from university, she came to work at the plant as an accountant and later became the deputy head of the office. Her husband worked in the fire department at the plant, where his great-grandfather had worked before the Great Patriotic War. "After retiring, my husband returned to our plant, without which, as we now understand, we simply cannot live. This is our family, our life. We work together, albeit in different departments, in different places, but we are still at our native and beloved plant," Oksana Tsaryova shares, adding that their daughter also worked at the plant after graduating from university. Great attention is paid here to supporting young families and families with children. Last year, more than 150 new families were formed at the Kazan Powder Plant, and 67 babies were born, Tatiana Mikhailova reported. The powder plant became the first workplace for Renata Garipova – she came here through distribution after graduating from university. At that time, together with her husband Alexey Alexandrov, they decided to work together. The young man quit his previous job and got a job at the plant in the industrial safety department. "After being employed, colleagues, both from my wife's side and mine, welcomed us very warmly. They help us and give us advice at work," Alexey Alexandrov shares. "We try not to let them down. My team is probably something incredible. They always support me," notes Renata, who works at the Center for Additional Education. To congratulate the plant workers who uphold the values of family relationships, the executive secretary of the Kazan local branch of "United Russia," deputy of the Kazgor Duma, Tanzilya Rakova, came. "A family is not just a cell of society. When a family is created, new dreams and achievements are born. I wish all newlyweds and everyone who has lived together for more than 50 years to remain as faithful to each other. If there is fidelity, then there is love, happiness, and well-being in the family. And all of this affects our society. A prosperous family means a prosperous society. Therefore, "United Russia" always supports our young families and experienced couples," Tanzilya Rakova said. She presented gifts from "United Russia" to the young couples.

      The holiday program was accompanied by performances from creative groups of the Kirov district, as well as workers and veterans of the Kazan Powder Plant. "Strong Family" is a federal party project of "United Russia" aimed at protecting the rights of families, supporting motherhood, fatherhood, and childhood, as well as promoting traditional family values. The program unites the efforts of authorities and society to expand social support measures, improve demographics, and assist large, young, and foster families.
