      The competition "The Incentive of Dreams - It's You!" has started across the country. Applications are accepted until July 10. The Federal Agency for Youth Affairs and the "Rospatriotcenter" have launched a nationwide video competition "The Incentive of Dreams - It's You!". It is timed to coincide with the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking and aims to show that a healthy lifestyle is not boring, but interesting, fashionable, and accessible. Citizens of Russia aged 18 to 35 can participate. The task is to shoot a video from 30 seconds to 3 minutes that convinces the viewer to give up bad habits or shows what can replace them. There are no restrictions on genres and formats - you can shoot with a phone, a professional camera, or even draw an animation. The main conditions are to post the video on your open page on "VKontakte" with the hashtags #IncentiveOfMyDream2026 and #AgainstDrugs2026, upload the file to "Yandex.Disk," and fill out the application on the "Youth of Russia" platform. The deadline is 23:59 on July 10, 2026. The works will be evaluated based on five criteria: meaning, relevance, uniqueness, technical quality, and compliance with the topic. A maximum of 50 points can be earned. The jury will select three winners and seven prizewinners. Their names will be published on the "Rospatriotcenter" website by October 30, and the awards ceremony will take place by December 1. What exactly the participants will receive is still a secret, but the organizers promise that the gifts will be worthwhile.
