New apartments, a martial arts palace, and well-maintained courtyards: how Zainsk is transforming

      The leadership of the Zainsk district inspected the progress of construction and major repairs of social facilities. This year, 47 facilities are under construction and renovation in the Zainsk district, including housing, social infrastructure, and road networks, with work already completed on 19 of them. The large-scale transformations are under the personal control of the municipal leadership. On July 7, the head of the district, Razif Karimov, and the head of the executive committee, Emil Galeev, along with specialists from the State Institution "Main Investment and Construction Management of the Republic of Tatarstan," conducted another tour of the construction and renovation sites. Special attention was paid to the pace of work, safety at the sites, and adherence to schedules.

      A new building for the rural council. The tour began in the Verkhnepinyaichinskoye rural settlement, where a new local administration building is being constructed. Contractors have already raised the walls, installed window blocks, and started roof installation. The readiness of the facility is 60%. "Our settlement has never had a separate building for the council; we cramped ourselves in the school building. Now there will be a convenient space for receiving citizens, comfortable conditions for employees, and a separate place for the rural archive," shared the head of the settlement, Munir Tukhtarov.

      A fire station with modern conditions. In the Nizhnebyshevskoye rural settlement, the commission assessed the updated fire safety post. Here, a spacious hangar for special equipment has been completely renovated, and a room for round-the-clock duty with heating and rest rooms for employees has been equipped. Currently, nine people are working at the post under the leadership of Albert Yudin. District leaders highly appreciated the work done, noting the importance of preventive activities to prevent fires.

      Sports, education, and housing are in the spotlight. In the urban area, the delegation checked the progress of the renovation of the military enlistment office building, the construction of a martial arts palace, the reconstruction of the sewage system on Oktyabrskaya Street, the modernization of the dining block at school No. 6, the construction of houses for orphans, and the major repairs of apartment buildings at the addresses: Rafikova St., 2, and Yunosti St., 5 (Old Zainsk). It should be noted that the "Our Yard" program was completed ahead of schedule – all work was finished in early June.

      Martial arts palace: the final stretch. One of the most anticipated facilities – the martial arts palace in the 35th quarter – is 90% ready. Builders are finishing leveling the floors in the wrestling hall, after which they will begin laying specialized linoleum and final finishing. All necessary sports equipment has already been purchased and placed in a temporary warehouse. "We plan to complete all work in the next 10-14 days and immediately start installing the equipment," reported the general director of LLC "Stroicity," Ilsur Sharipov. It should be noted that the facility is being built for the 375th anniversary of Zainsk as a gift from the President of Tatarstan. The grand opening is expected to be attended by the leadership of the republic.

      Housing for orphans and social mortgage. In the 4th microdistrict, three multi-story buildings are actively being constructed for Zainsk residents among orphans who have reached the age of 18. All buildings are already under roof, and builders promise to deliver them on time. At the same time, foundations are being prepared for four more houses, the apartments of which will be provided to budget employees under the social mortgage program. All seven facilities are planned to be completed by the end of the year. Next up is the improvement of the adjacent territories.

      The school cafeteria will be updated. At school No. 6, repairs of the dining block have begun under the republican program. Here, not only the interior but also the equipment and furniture will be completely updated. A significant contribution to the renovation of the dining block was made by the company "SMP-Neftegaz" and deputy Riaz Komarov, who keeps the educational institution under constant patronage.

      What has already been done, and what lies ahead. During the inspection of the capital repair and construction sites, the head of the district, Razif Karimov, summarized the interim results: "The volume of investments, including road repairs this year, is impressive. This is serious support from the leadership of the republic, for which we are sincerely grateful. The work is proceeding in an organized manner. Special attention is paid to the safety of workers and adherence to deadlines. Road works are being carried out by the Zainsk UAD in the direction of Karmalka and the contractor "Volga-Autodor," which is engaged in the direction of Aleksandrovskaya Sloboda – Bukharai. Under the program of major repairs of apartment buildings, we have 11 facilities: work is fully completed on seven of them, while preparatory stages are ongoing on the others. First of all, roofs were closed to prevent rain from interfering with internal work. Each updated house changes the appearance of Zainsk and makes it even more modern and comfortable for living."
