According to preliminary investigation data, the bus driver lost control, went off the road, and overturned. The head of the agency instructed the head of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Tatarstan, Valery Lipsky, to report on the progress of the criminal case and the established circumstances.
