      The readiness check for the harvest showed: the equipment is in good condition, the people are passionate about their work, and the harvest promises to be generous. On July 9, in the Zainsk district, under the chairmanship of the head of the district, Razif Karimov, specialists checked the readiness of farmers for the harvesting campaign. It is worth noting that the commission included specialists from the agricultural management, agrofirms, "Agrosila Logistics," as well as representatives from supervisory authorities. Four sites showcased grain harvesting combines, as well as equipment for straw preparation, cultivation, and transportation of the harvest. The commission began its tour at the "Kadyrovo" division of the "Zai" agrofirm, then assessed readiness at the "Bagryazh" division of the "Vostok" agrofirm, followed by the "Chubukly" division of the "Zainsk Sugar" agrofirm, and concluded the inspection at the "Soyuz-Agro" society in the territory of the Gulkinsk rural settlement. A total of 52 combines will be used for the grain harvest. However, even the most reliable equipment cannot operate without experienced hands. Among those preparing to head to the fields is Rustam Mukhametdinov, a hereditary combine operator from the village of Bura-Kirta. He is the winner of the republican competition among young combine operators, having harvested 4500 centners last year. "This year I plan to increase my result. I have been going to the fields since childhood and learned from my grandfather Munavir and my father Marat. Since 2018, I have been at the controls myself, and I have enough experience. The main thing is that the equipment does not let us down," shared Rustam. His colleague Alexey Anin, who is starting his sixth harvesting season, admitted that his love for the profession was instilled in him by his uncle, the advanced worker Andrey Mitrofanov. "I tried working in other fields, but my heart lies with the land, so I returned. I will strive this year to harvest without losses and make a worthy contribution to the harvest," said Alexey. The commission was also shown equipment by last year's "Batyr Seva" Ilgiz Bikkinin. "We are eagerly awaiting the start of the harvest. Last year, I managed to harvest 3700 centners of grain, and this year I aim to increase that amount. Harvesting grain from fields with full ears is a great joy for a combine operator," said Ilgiz Bikkinin. The commission also included Lenar Zaripov, Deputy General Director of JSC "AGROSILA" for the activities of LLC "Agrosila-Logistics." He addressed the combine operators with a message: "You are entering the most responsible period. The food security and bread on our tables depend on your work. We are counting on quality and effective work."

      The head of the district, Razif Karimov, reminded that this year all incentives for mechanizers remain in place. Following the harvest, the best mechanizers will receive significant bonuses at the "Harvest Festival-2026." "Our greatest asset is the working people, the mechanizers. Their work deserves sincere respect. The burden on combine operators this year will be colossal: they will need to harvest grain over an area of 34 thousand hectares and technical crops over another 20 thousand hectares. A rich harvest is expected, but the main thing is to collect it on time without losses." As noted by Rinat Gubaidullin, Deputy General Director of JSC "Agrosila," the sugar beet crops in the district are doing excellently. They occupy 9,600 hectares, and their harvest will begin immediately after the grain harvest is completed. In the coming days, a special commission will conduct an acceptance of the grain reception enterprise and elevator, after which we can confidently start the harvest.
