Witness of the UAV attack detained for video recording

      A 33-year-old man witnessed a drone attack on one of the industrial enterprises in Nizhnekamsk. Seeing what happened, he filmed a video and posted it in a publicly accessible internet community. However, after receiving negative reactions from other users, he deleted his post. The man's identity was quickly established, he was detained, and a prosecutor's warning was issued regarding the inadmissibility of violating the law. "The actions of the man are a violation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan dated August 20, 2025, No. 695, which establishes a ban on the publication and dissemination in the media, information and telecommunications networks, including the Internet, social networks, and instant messaging services, of information related to the activities of unmanned aerial vehicles," the Ministry of Internal Affairs explains.
