On July 3, a republican competition for the implementation of the All-Russian physical culture and sports complex "Ready for Labor and Defense" (GTO) took place at the driving school in the city of Tetyushi. Teams from DOSAAF from all corners of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in the competition. Two cadets from the Buinsk local branch of the ROHO DOSAAF participated in the competition — Mukhametshin Adel and Khusnutdinova Lemira. The program of tests included the following disciplines: grenade throwing, pull-ups, as well as disassembly and assembly of a rifle — stages that require not only physical strength and endurance but also focus and refined skills. Participants from Buinsk performed commendably: they demonstrated good physical preparation, precise execution of tasks, and true sports spirit. Their performance became a vivid example of determination and dedication to the traditions of DOSAAF. The competition once again confirmed: the GTO complex is not just standards, but an opportunity to test oneself, strengthen character, and become stronger. The event was held as part of the State Program "Sport of Russia" aimed at promoting sports and physical culture among children and youth, as well as military-patriotic education of the younger generation and engaging DOSAAF cadets in meeting the standards of the GTO complex.
