      The executive director of the grain reception enterprise, Rifgat Fardeev, is celebrating the 50th anniversary of his work this year. Rifgat Fardeev is a person who has made a significant contribution to the development of agriculture. He dedicated 50 years of his life to the Zainsky district, where he arrived after graduating from university. He was born and raised in the village of Narimanovo in the Nurlatsky district. He was the second child in a family of six. From a young age, the boy was involved in agricultural work. In high school, he began to master agricultural machinery and confidently operated a combine harvester. After serving in the army, he enrolled in the Kazan Agricultural Institute. In 1976, the young specialist was assigned to work in the Zainsky district. Here he worked as a master-adjuster and chief engineer in state farms, but the most notable period was the 16 years at the repair and technical enterprise "Selkhoztehnika," where he came as a manager. In 1992, Rifgat Medkhatovich was appointed chairman of the district executive committee. However, a new chapter in his biography opened when he became the general director of the Zainsky grain reception enterprise. The new leader changed working conditions, provided housing for employees, and brought the enterprise to the forefront. The volume of grain reception increased from 55 to 85 thousand tons. Over half a century of work, Rifgat Fardeev has been awarded the titles of "Honored Worker of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan" and "Honorary Citizen of the Zainsky District," and has received medals for "Valiant Labor" and "In Memory of the 1000th Anniversary of Kazan." Today he continues to work, remaining an example of dedication to his cause and his native land.
