      By the beginning of 2026, more than 300 educational production clusters have been formed across Russia, operating in 79 regions of the country. In Tatarstan, 22 such clusters are already functioning within the framework of the project, with training conducted in 9 key industries.

      Employers make a significant contribution to the development of infrastructure: large enterprises in the republic participate in equipping educational sites. The total funding for the project in Tatarstan exceeds 2.9 billion rubles: of this, 1.9 billion is allocated from the federal budget, 547.8 million from the republic's budget, and another 491.05 million comes from employer investments.

      The "Professionalism" project in Tatarstan was launched in 2022 based at the Yelabuga Polytechnic College — the first direction was mechanical engineering. In the coming years, the network of clusters is planned to be expanded: by 2027, it is expected to open 4 more sites. They will be created based on the Leninogorsk Polytechnic College, the Zelenodolsk Shipbuilding Technical School, the Zelenodolsk Mechanical College, and the Kazan Construction College.
