The Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing in the Republic of Tatarstan regrets to inform that on July 19, the chairman of the Public Council under the Administration, Arthur Sergeyevich Nikolaev, passed away unexpectedly.
For 10 years, Arthur Sergeyevich led the Public Council under the Administration, being a man of word and deed, a professional and diplomatic speaker. His ability to persuade and find compromise in addressing issues brought to discussion in the Council, along with his high personal qualities, earned him the trust and deserved respect of his colleagues.
We express our sincere condolences to the family and friends of Arthur Sergeyevich in connection with this heavy loss. May his memory be bright!
