Professional pastry chefs, volunteers, and residents of Kazan participated in creating the unusual dessert. Among those who joined the work were representatives of creative teams from the Said-Galiyev Culture Palace. According to the famous pastry chef Renat Agzamov, who also took part in the project, the height of the sweet tower is comparable to that of a four-story building. During the construction, the organizers faced difficulties. Due to the hot weather, the chak-chak began to melt, and the structure gradually started to lose stability. To preserve the tower, the pastry chefs changed the assembly technology: they began making smaller blocks and additionally wrapping them in food film. After the work was completed, the official judge of gastronomic records in Russia climbed to the top of the tower to measure its height. The weight of the structure was recorded throughout the assembly process.
